Terms and Conditions of Petra Caravan Tours, Jordan


Booking:
Upon receiving your booking form (from the web-site), Petra Caravan Tours will confirm by e-mail or fax. To secure a booking, please transfer the cost of your tour no later than 4 weeks before the start of services (the tour). Send us the confirmation of the bank-transfer by fax.


For our tours (dates for direct booking):

Please note:
If at one month before the scheduled departure date, eight people have not signed up for the trip, you will be contacted and offered the following options: (1) cancel your reservation; (2) choose another departure date; (3) pay a surcharge so that the tour can proceed as scheduled.

Cancellation:
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Up to 30 days before the start of services: free
Up to 20 days before the start of services: 20% of the cost
Up to 10 days before the start of services: 40% of the cost
Up to 5 days before the start of services: 75% of the cost
4-0 days before the start of services: 100% of the cost


Responsibility:
We organize and conduct all tours with wisdom and care.
We cannot take any responsibility for changes in the programs or cancellations from our side in case of strikes, political unrests, war, or natural disasters.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health/accident insurance.

Disputes:
In case of any disputes, the court jurisdiction is in Jordan.
