Visas
 To enter Jordan you need a valid passport with at least 2 un-stamped pages. For European and American citizens, a visa can be obtained upon arrival into Jordan at the airport and at any border except the Aqaba border and the King Hussein border crossing. The visas are in local currency. Citizens of other nationalities please check with the Jordanian embassy responsible in your country.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, report to any Jordanian police station to extend your visa for another 3 months, or you will have to pay a fine upon exiting the country.
Inoculation: Only required if coming from a disease-infected area. Preventive shots for polio, tetanus, and typhoid are recommended.
